This invention relates to a topical cosmetic skin care method and composition. The method and composition is for treating facial skin to cause contraction and tightening of the facial skin, by effecting contraction of the collagen of the skin using an active agent/s that induces fibroblast contraction of the extra cellular matrix of the skin.
