PURPOSE: An apparatus of collecting the feces of a pet is provided to reach easily active condition through the stretching operation of a user and easily put the feces into a vinyl envelope by contraction operation. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus of collecting the feces of a pet comprises: a handle part (10) of a hollow shape； a waste collecting part (30) which is rotatably coupled in the lower part of the handle part； and an opening operation part (20) which opens the waste collecting part according to the extension of the handle part toward a top from the inside of the handle part. In the lower part of the waste collecting part, hemi spherical grain collecting parts (32a, 32b) in which the inside is vacant are rotatably coupled around a pivot axis (34) in the lower end of the handle part. In the upper part of the waste collecting part, a branch portion (36) is formed in order to gradually broaden separation distance toward the upper side based on a pivot axis. In the pivot axis, a torsion spring is arranged so that power is applied to a direction in which each branch portion becomes approached to each other. The lower part of the opening operation part includes an operating unit (22) of a cone shape in which a diameter becomes narrow toward the lower side. The operating unit of the cone shape is arranged between the branch portions.본 발명에 따른 애완동물의 배설물 수거 장치는 중공형의 손잡이부； 상기 손잡이부의 하부에 상호 회동 가능하게 결합되어 있는 배설물 수거부； 및 상기 손잡이부의 내부로부터 상부로 신장됨에 따라 상기 배설물 수거부가 개방되게 하는 개방 조작부를 포함한다. 상기 배설물 수거부의 하부에는 내부가 비어 있는 각각의 반구형 수거부가 상기 손잡이부의 하단부에서 회동축을 중심으로 상호 회동 가능하게 결합되어 있고, 상부에는 상기 회동축을 중심으로 상측으로 갈수록 상호 이격 거리가 멀어지게 분기부가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 회동축에는 각각의 상기 분기부가 서로에 대하여 가까워지는 방향으로 힘이 작용되게 토션스프링이 배치되어 결합된다. 상기 개방 조작부의 하부에는 아래쪽으로 갈수록 직경이 좁아지는 원뿔 모양의 작동부가 형성되어 있고, 상기 원뿔 모양의 작동부는 상기 분기부 사이에 배치된다. 상기 개방 조작부의 수축 조작 시 상기 원뿔 모양의 작동부가 상기 분기부 사이로 삽입됨으로써 상기 배설물 수거부가 폐쇄되게 하고, 신장 조작 시 상기 원뿔 모양의 작동부가 상기 분기부 사이로부터 이탈됨으로써 상기 배설물 수거부가 개방된다.
