PURPOSE: A flowerpot stand for installing on the upper side of a partition is provided to enable users to mount flowerpots on the upper side of a wall body for the partition for maximizing the space utilization. CONSTITUTION: A flowerpot stand for installing on the upper side of a partition includes a body(100), a flowerpot supporter(120), and an anti-falling member(125). The body is formed in a curved shape for covering the upper and both sides of the partition. Clamping protrusions(105, 106) are formed on the inner lower surface of the curved structure on the body for elastically pushing the partition. A flowerpot support connecting member(102) is formed on one upper side of the body to be connected to the flowerpot supporter. The flowerpot supporter is for mounting a flowerpot(130) on the upper side, and includes an anti-falling member receiving groove(127).칸막이 상부에 설치할 수 있는 화분거치대에 있어서, 상기 화분거치대는 몸체(100)와 화분받침대(120)와 낙하방지부재(125)를 포함하되, 상기 몸체(100)는 칸막이(200) 상부 및 칸막이 양측면을 동시에 덮을 수 있도록 ㄷ자 형태로 절곡되어 형성되고, 절곡된 부위의 내부 상측공간폭(A) 보다 하측공간폭(B)이 좁게 형성됨으로써, 칸막이에 몸체(100)를 설치했을 때 하측공간폭 (B) 부위의 조임돌기 (105,106)가 칸막이(200)벽을 탄성력으로 미는 힘을 발휘하도록 하며, 몸체(100) 일측 상부에는 화분받침대와의 연결을 위한 화분받침대연결부재(102)가 형성되며；상기 화분받침대(120)은 상기 화분받침대연결부재(102)와 하측면에서 결합되고, 상부면에 화분(130)을 거치한 후 화분의 낙하를 방지하기 위해서, 낙하방지부재(125)를 수직방향으로부터 수용할 수 있는 낙하방지부재수용홈(127)이, 화분이 거치될 면의 둘레를 따라 소정의 간격을 두고 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칸막이 상부 설치용 화분거치대가 제시된다.
