A relatively elastic part extends from a first axial end to an opposite axial end of the tubular body and connects a first edge of the inelastic part to a second edge of the inelastic part. The item further includes: a flap which is relatively inelastic and has an inner layer defining an inner face of the flap, the inner layer including a plurality of protruding spaced apart elements, the flap being secured to at least part of the first edge of the inelastic part, and a device for reversibly attaching the flap to at least part of the second edge of the inelastic part.
