CONSTITUTION: A equilibrium maintaining device(100) prevents the turnover of a main body by sensing an equilibrium state of the main body. A wheel is installed in a base part(102). The base part is included in one side of the main body. An equilibrium sensor(110) senses the equilibrium state of the main body by being included in the base part. The equilibrium sensor comprises a first sensor included in one side of the base part, and a second sensor included in the other side of the base part. An equilibrium control part(120) controls the equilibrium state of the main body by being connected to the equilibrium sensor.본 발명은 평형유지장치를 구비하는 초음파 진단장치 및 초음파 진단장치의 평형을 유지하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 초음파 진단장치가 일방향으로 기울어지는 경우 신속한 무게중심의 변경이 이루어짐으로써, 장치의 쓰러짐을 방지할 수 있는 평형유지장치를 구비하는 초음파 진단장치 및 초음파 진단장치의 평형을 유지하는 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 평형유지장치를 구비하는 초음파 진단장치는 초음파 진단장치의 본체부와, 본체부의 평형상태를 감지하여 본체부의 전복을 방지하는 평형유지장치를 포함한다.
