The present invention provides a process of preparing a pranlukast-containing solid formulation in a tablet or a capsule form which comprises: a step of forming tablets of a mixture containing pranlukast, and polypyrrolidone or a copolymer of polypyrrolidone and vinyl acetate； or a step of filling capsules with said mixture. The solid formulation obtained by the present invention remarkably improves the elution rate of pranlukast which is a poorly water-soluble drug, thereby improving bioavailability, and drug compliance of a patient by reducing a single dose. Complex and highly expensive production processes such as spray-drying is avoided, and the formation is produced by a simple mixing and common formulating process, thereby reducing the production cost and being easily applied to production spots. [Reference numerals] (AA) Example 2； (BB) Commercial formulation본 발명은 프란루카스트, 및 폴리비닐피롤리돈 또는 폴리비닐피롤리돈과 비닐아세테이트의 공중합체를 포함하는 혼합물을 타정하거나； 혹은 상기 혼합물을 캡슐에 충진하는 것을 포함하는, 정제 또는 캡슐제 형태의 프란루카스트-함유 고형 제제의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따라 얻어진 고형 제제는 난용성 약물인 프란루카스트의 용출율을 현저히 개선시킴으로써 생체이용율을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 1회 복용량을 줄일 수 있으므로 환자의 복약순응도를 높일 수 있다. 또한, 분무-건조 등과 같은 복잡하고 고-비용의 제조공정을 회피하고, 단순 혼합 및 통상의 제제화 공정에 의해 제조될 수 있으므로, 제조비용을 낮출 수 있고 생산현장에서 쉽게 적용될 수 있다.
