To provide a power-assist suit that can be further reduced in size and weight by being configured so that a driving pulley is supported not in a cantilever type but in a housingless type, with a simpler structure.SOLUTION: The power-assist suit comprises: braces that are attached to at least a waist part of a wearer； assist parts, attached to the braces and the thigh parts of the wearer, which assist motion of the thigh parts with respect to the waist part of the wearer or motion of the waist part with respect to the thigh parts of the wearer； and a power part that generates assist torque to be transmitted to the assist parts. The assist parts have driven pulleys, and the power part 40 has a driving pulley 51 and an actuator (57).
