PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving and steering device for a vehicle including a driving wheel performing driving and steering, the driving and steering device enabling an advancing direction of the driving wheel performing driving and steering to be changed without changing the position of the driving wheel, and the driving and steering device being made compact.SOLUTION: A driving and steering device for a vehicle including a driving wheel 13 performing driving and steering includes: a ring gear 15 in a circular ring shape, which is disposed turnably with respect to a vehicle body and has engaging teeth 15f formed on the circumference thereof a support shaft extended from the inside of the circular ring of the ring gear 15 toward the rotation center of the ring gear a driving power source 14 for driving the driving wheel 13 a steering power source 16 for driving the ring gear 15 and a gear transmission mechanism capable of transmitting power from the steering power source 16 to the ring gear 15.
