PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge apparatus capable of reliably discharging a mixture of ice cream and a solid matter and an additive including chocolate at the same time.SOLUTION: A discharge apparatus A discharges a mixture 1 formed of premixed ice cream 1a and a solid matter 1b including raisin or cookie and an additive 2 including chocolate into a molding tool 35 of an ice bar B. The discharge apparatus A includes: a mixture passage 11 having supply ports 11a of the mixture 1 arranged opposed to each other a discharge passage 12 connected crosswise to the mixture passage 11, having a discharge port 12a for discharging the mixture and the additive and an extrusion member 20 having an internal additive passage 22 for flowing the additive and a discharge hole 22b at the leading end for discharging the additive, being movable in the discharge passage across the mixture passage, so as to block the mixture passage and extrude the mixture and the additive in the discharge passage toward the discharge port 12a side when the leading end passes through the mixture passage.
