This invention relates to an atypical planting device, in which a power unit drives a transmission shaft to drive a drill of a drill assembly rotating. The drill assembly includes a conical drill, a shaft connected to the conical drill, and several spiral ribs are spaced apart from each othe on the surface of conical drill and form several guiding slots. A fixer is connected to an end of a sleeve of a shaft fixing unit, used for fastening the shaft. A depth control unit has a tube sleeved around the sleeve, and a limitation element connected to the tube and around the conical drill. The tube can be moved along the sleeve so as to change the distance between the the limitation element and the apex of the conical drill.
