The present invention relates to a discarded egg processing apparatus comprising: a drying chamber in which an inlet through which discarded eggs are inserted and an outlet through which the discarded eggs are discharged are formed and a drying space for drying the discarded eggs is provided therein； a microwave irradiator installed in the drying chamber for irradiating a microwave to dry the discarded eggs put into the drying space of the drying chamber； and an agitator having an agitating shaft installed in the drying chamber to rotate in normal and reverse directions, having a conveying unit vertically coupled to the agitating shaft and conveying the discarded eggs upward and downward, having a plurality of agitating blades agitating the discarded eggs, and having an agitating motor providing rotation and reverse rotation forces to the agitating shaft.
