PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guiding catheter alternative product which hardly causes a kink when bent in accordance with a shape of a blood vessel, is excellent in pressure ability, and easily passes a bent blood vessel.SOLUTION: A catheter assembly is provided with an outer catheter equipped with a resin layer and a braided layer and an inner catheter inserted into the outer catheter, and the inner catheter is harder than the outer catheter.
