A cap shaped filtration filter is mounted on the packing to filtrate the infusion solution or injection solution with a maximized cross-sectional surface of the filtration filter as the infusion solution is drawn out in only one direction by the check valve, and the reverse flow is completely blocked by the check valve when the reverse flow is generated.본 발명은 음식물의 취식이 불가능하거나 또는 환자에게 수액을 주사한 상태에서 추가적인 처치가 필요하거나 또는 의식이 없는 긴급을 요하는 환자 등에게 사용되는 수액라인에 구비되는 필터에 관한 것으로, 필터의 기능을 개선하여 하우징와 상기 하우징의 내공간에 기밀성과 체크밸브기능을 갖는 패킹을 씰링되게 장착하고 상기 패킹에 캡 형상의 여과필터를 장착하여 수액이나 주사액이 여과필터의 극대화된 단면적으로 여과토록 하면서 체크밸브에 의해 수액의 인출이 한쪽 방향으로만 원활하게 이루어지도록 하고, 동시에 역류 발생시에는 체크밸브에 의해 역류를 완벽하게 차단토록 한 것이다.
