A device, system, and method that supplement learning and cognitive skills in individuals, such as children or adults, with neurodevelopmental learning disorders or age-related cognitive decline. More specifically, the disclosed invention relates to a whole body fitness program to integrate motion, motor-sensory learning, and vision to change the brain's neuronal pathways and make learning and cognitive skills easier.
