A device for elastic ligature of tissues comprises: a first and a second element (3, 9), one of which exhibits a support portion (8) for at least a rubber ring (100), the elements (3, 9) being slidably coupled to one another such that a reciprocal sliding between the elements (3, 9) determines a release of a rubber ring (100) from the support portion (8) a trigger (12), manually manoeuvrable by an operator and acting on at least the second element (9) for realising a reciprocal sliding between the elements (3, 9) a connecting portion (14), connected to the trigger (12) and to the second element (9) and being elastically deformable in order to enable a reciprocal change of orientation between the trigger (12) and the second element (9).
