PURPOSE: A head meridian-system activity measuring apparatus and a measuring method are provided to apply diagnosis and treatment of diseases understanding a physical state with an emotional state by analyzing brainwave measured from a meridian point which is positions in line with a meridian point line of a head. CONSTITUTION: A head meridian-system activity measuring apparatus is composed of an electrode sensor or a needle. The head meridian-system activity measuring apparatus comprises one or more of conductive materials (10) which measures a brainwave signal of a user by being arranged on a meridian point in line with the meridian line of a head, which supplies a stimulation signal to the meridian point; a database (40) which stores the brainwave of the body as a standard data by patterning by at least one or more of classifications; a signal sending and receiving part (20) which receives the brainwave signal of a user which is measured from the conductive material and which sends the stimulation signal to the conductive material; a brainwave signal analysis part (30) which converts the brainwave signal of the user which is received in the signal sending and receiving part into an index data and which analyzes background emotion and a physical state of the user in comparison with a standard data stored in the database; and a stimulation signal generation part (50) which generates a stimulation signal based on the background emotion and the physical state of the user analyzed in the brainwave signal analysis part and which sends the stimulation signal generated toward the conductive material.
