PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a base is spread in skin grooves by capillarity, and the phenomenon of a bleeding is observed because conventional pigment dispersion cosmetics with low viscosity have a low viscosity, and to solve the problem that an inorganic pigment and a pearling agent may cause aggregation and sediment and may not be homogeneous over time because of its large specific gravity, and further to solve the problem that conventional techniques are insufficient with respect to the bleeding because the bleeding gets worse when containing a low-grade alcohol in order to improve quick-drying capability, or containing a polyhydric alcohol in order to improve usability.SOLUTION: Provided is a pigment dispersion cosmetic with low viscosity which has an excellent pigment dispersion, does not cause bleeding when applying, does not cause pigment unevenness, and is excellent in usability can be obtained by combining the following component (a)-(d): (a) water (b) lower alcohol and/or polyhydric alcohol (c) pigment (d) polyether-modified silicone with HLB of 10.0 or more, in a pigment dispersion cosmetic with low viscosity whose viscosity at a temperature of 25°C is 300 mPa s or less.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の低粘度顔料分散化粧料は、粘度が低い為に毛細管現象で皮膚の皮溝にベースが広がり、にじみという現象がみられた。また、無機顔料やパール剤は比重が大きいため、経時的に凝集・沈降し均一でなくなることがあった。また、速乾性を高める為に低級のアルコールを含有したり、使用性を良くする目的で多価アルコールを含有するとにじみはさらに悪化する為、これまでの技術ではにじみに関しては不十分であった。【解決手段】温度25℃での粘度が300mPa・s以下の低粘度顔料分散化粧料において次の成分(a)~(d):(a)水(b)低級アルコール及び/又は多価アルコール(c)顔料(d)HLB10.0以上のポリエーテル変性シリコーンを組合せることにより、顔料の分散が良好で、塗布した際ににじみがなく、顔料のムラのない使用性に優れた低粘度顔料分散化粧料が得られることを見出した。【選択図】なし
