PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnostic device capable of easily adjusting the position of a reflection board according to the position of the eyes of a subject placed on a top plate.SOLUTION: A medical image diagnostic device includes a trestle with a bore into which a subject is inserted, a top plate 131 that can move along a central axis of the bore, and a base member 61 movable together with the top plate 131, which supports a support arm 65 for rotationally supporting a reflection plate 67 so as to move it along the central axis. The top plate 131 includes a first scale 77 for measuring the position of the eyes of the subject placed on the top plate 131.
