The fine particle generator includes: a heater generating heat through resistance when current is applied； a power storage device capable of instantaneously supplying high power to the heater； and a control device for controlling the heater. The heater heats a vaporization material including a vaporizing material which vaporizes by being heated at a predetermined temperature or higher, to generate fine particles.
