PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electrode capable of attaining a necessary noise reducing effect without any earth connection with a shield layer and reducing noises more than the prior art in the case of the connection with the earth.SOLUTION: A substrate 1 is prepared by impregnating or applying conductive ink into or to PR nonwoven fabric. A PR nonwoven fabric 2 is mounted on the face of the substrate 1 on the side opposite to the human body. An insulator 3 is mounted on the substrate 1 on a human body side. A receiver 4 is mounted on the human body side of the insulator 3.
