PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bioelectrode which can achieve required noise reduction effect without ground connection to a shield layer, and can reduce the noise further than before in the ground connection.SOLUTION: Electric conductive ink 15 is put on a surface of a human body side of a first non-woven fabric 1, and moisturizer 16 is put on a surface of another side, opposite to the human body side, of the first non-woven fabric 1. As the non-woven fabric used for the first non-woven fabric 1, PP non-woven fabric (PP: polypropylene) is preferable. As the first non-woven fabric 1, an antistatic treated non-woven fabric is preferable. An insulator 3 such as a pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape for living body adhesion is provided on the human body side of the first non-woven fabric 1. A receiving body 4 is a resin film such as a PET or PP film having silver-silver chloride put on the human body side. Electric conductive gel 5 covers at least the receiving body 4. In use, the electric conductive gel 5 is contacted to an appointed part of the human body.
