PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical stimulation device capable of more efficiently and simultaneously performing electrical stimulation to various muscle fibers without causing habituation to the stimulation, in prevention and treatment of muscle atrophy by muscle training and disuse atrophy or the like, and treatment for a sharp pain of muscle for muscle tissue.SOLUTION: An electrical stimulation device includes electrodes 11 and 12 abutted on a skin, and superposes a high-frequency second electric signal HF generated in a second electric signal generation means 7 on a low-frequency first electric signal LF generated in first electric signal generation means 6 to output the resultant signal from the electrodes 11 and 12 to thereby impart electric stimulation to the skin. The first electric signal LF is a staircase wave in which a stepped waveform S having an amplitude voltage increasing and decreasing in a stepped state for each prescribed time is alternately continuously repeated in both positive and negative directions. The second electric signal HF is a pulse wave in which a pulse S including a plurality of rectangular waves each having a period shorter than the first electric signal LF is intermittently repeated.
