The method includes the following step: (a) providing a tactile sensing component having a first and a second surfaces (b) respectively disposing a first and a second electrodes on the first surface (c) respectively disposing a third and a fourth electrodes on the second surface and (d) disposing an elastic material having a first and a second portion on the first surface, wherein the first and the second portions of the elastic material have a different modules of elasticity, and cover the first and the second electrodes respectively.
