The present invention provides a method for producing a microorganism agent for removing odors from pig manure. The method comprises: a step of inoculating microorganism 1 strain or microorganism 2 strain in a preculture badge and preculturing the same for 12 hours; a first main culture step of inoculating the precultured strain into a production badge of the same component as the preculture medium, and stirring the production badge inoculated with the precultured strain at 1 vessel volume per minute (vvm) and 250 rpm for a specific time at a specific temperature to incubate the same with aeration; a second main culture step of inoculating the first main cultured strain into a production badge of the same component as the preculture badge and stirring the production badge inoculated with the first main cultured strain at 0.5 vvm and 120 rpm at a specific temperature until spores are formed to incubate the same with aeration; and a step of mixing the culture bacteria liquid obtained in the second main culture step with at least one grain powder selected from corn flour, defatted rice bran and wheat bran, and hot air drying the mixture at 50°;C.
