The therapeutic device for rhinitis according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a control unit a light irradiation unit for irradiating ultraviolet (UV) rays and infrared (IR) rays to the affected area of a patient according to the control of the control unit and an interface unit for positioning the light irradiation unit and the affected area close to each other to assist the irradiation of the light irradiation unit.
