PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-dispersible urethane (meth)acrylate which gives a coat excellent in mechanical strength, flexibility, oil resistance, weather resistance, surface hardness, appearance and abrasion resistance.SOLUTION: The water-dispersible urethane (meth)acrylate is a reaction product of an isocyanate, a polycarbonate diol, a compound having one hydrophilic center and two or more active hydrogen groups, and a hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate, wherein the polycarbonate diol has a repeating unit, 60-100 mol% of which is shown by formula (B) or (C), and the ratio of the repeating unit of formula (B) and the repeating unit of formula (C) is 70:30-30:70.
