The present invention is directed to the use as a lip gloss, it relates a cosmetic composition, in particular intended to be cast into the cup, the composition, (a) at least one and gloss oil (b) (i ) having 8 to 30 carbon atoms, saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched aliphatic acid or hydroxy acid, having 36 carbon atoms from (ii) 12, a linear or branched dibasic acid and, ( iii) obtained from glycerol or glycerol condensates, and at least one ester consisting (d) ethylene homo or copolymer, and at least one wax (c) at least one hydrophobic pyrogen silica (e) containing stearic acid optionally.
