PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye-washing tool which reduces awful feeling and sense of caution of a user during eye-washing without impairing eye-washing effect and an eye-washing method which is done in an easy posture with comfort by using the same.SOLUTION: The eye-washing tool has a bottom wall and a peripheral wall formed upward surrounding the outer peripheral end of the bottom wall. The upper end edge of the peripheral wall forms a toric opening fitting around the eye.
