PURPOSE: A proton treatment device installed in a building is provided to reduce installation costs by simplifying a device for manufacturing a vertical beam and to increase the available area of a building.CONSTITUTION: A proton treatment device installed in a building comprises: a proton accelerator (100) and a treatment table (300) which are arranged in different floors and a proton irradiator for irradiating a proton beam emitted from the proton accelerator to the treatment table. The proton irradiator comprises a 90° bipolar electromagnet for changing the progressive direction of the proton beam emitted from the proton accelerator and a nozzle (210) which penetrates a wall between the different floors and irradiates the proton beam to the treatment table. The nozzle comprises an inlet for receiving the proton beam and an outlet for irradiating the proton beam to the treatment table. The outlet is located with an interval from the treatment table.
