The present invention relates to a mask sheet put on skin and used for supplying moisture and nutrition. More specifically, the mask sheet includes a shape memory polymer, so a shape is transformed under a predetermined condition. According to the mask sheet and a method thereof of the present invention, the mask sheet includes a shape memory polymer, so a shape is transformed and the mask sheet is fixed under a predetermined condition. The mask sheet distributed in a small size may be put after being transformed corresponding to a size and a shape of a user&prime；s face, and a shape thereof is fixed after being put, so the mask sheet does not slip down. Moreover, according to the present invention, a dotted cutting line is formed on the mask sheet, so the length after separation may be adjusted. In addition, a moisture protective film is further formed on one surface of a shape transforming unit which directly adheres to skin, so moisture can be prevented from being evaporated when the shape transforming unit adheres to skin.본 발명은 피부에 부착하여 수분 및 영양을 공급하는 데에 사용하는 마스크 시트에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는, 형상 기억 폴리머를 포함하여 미리 정해진 조건에서 형태가 변형되는 것을 그 구성상의 특징으로 한다.본 발명에서 제안하고 있는 형태 변형 및 고정이 가능한 마스크 시트 및 그 방법에 따르면, 형상 기억 폴리머를 포함하여 미리 정해진 조건에서 형태가 변형 및 고정되도록 구성함으로써, 작은 크기로 유통된 마스크 시트를 사용자의 얼굴 크기 및 형태에 맞추어 변형 시킨 후에 부착할 수 있도록 하며, 부착한 후에는 그 형태가 고정되어 흘러내림 현상이 없다.또한, 본 발명에 따르면, 마스크 시트에 점선형태의 절개선을 형성하여 분리되는 길이의 조절이 가능하다.뿐만 아니라, 본 발명에 따르면, 피부에 직접 부착되는 형태 변형부의 일면에 수분 보호 필름을 더 구비함으로써, 형태 변형부가 피부에 부착되었을 때, 수분이 증발되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
