PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for supporting setting of a region of interest with respect to a heart of a fetus.SOLUTION: A region-of-interest setting part 30 sets a heart ROI (Region Of Interest) and a tracking ROI of an initial size on initial positions in image data, and adjusts and determines positions and sizes of the heart ROI and the tracking ROI according to a user operation which is input through an operation device 90. The heart ROI is set so as to surround a heart of a fetus, and the tracking ROI is set on another region of the fetus so as not to be provided in the heart of the fetus.
