PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly position a fruit stem at a fruit stem-cutting position to prevent the damage of the fruit stem.SOLUTION: A dent portion 152a dented in the direction of +X from the direction of Z is formed in a second finger 52b-facing portion of a first finger 52a, and a cutting blade 64 is disposed to cover the dent portion from the direction of +Z. The edge of the cutting blade is set to the same end face as the -X end face (portion except the dent portion 152a) of the first finger.
