The present invention relates to a stem cutter for cutting a stem of a terminal end of fruit for harvesting cultivated farm produces. In particular, the stem cutter is formed to be able to cut the stem by using a thumb and an index finger such that the other fingers surround the fruit and the cut fruit is not fallen on the ground surface and can be directly harvested. To this end, the stem cutter for harvesting cultivated farm produces according to the present invention comprises: an elastic band formed with a curve portion at a middle length part thereof and located between the thumb and the index finger while being unfolded at both ends thereof； rings each fitted with the thumb and the index finger by being each fixed to both ends of the elastic band； a cutting means mounted in one end portion of both ends of the elastic band, moved to the inner side of both ends of the elastic band by an applied force, and moved to the outer side of the elastic band when the force is removed； and a cutting blade for cutting the stem of the fruit located between both ends of the elastic band by being mounted in the cutting means.본 발명은 재배한 농작물을 수확하기 위해 열매 끝단의 줄기를 절단하기 위한 줄기 절단기에 관한 것으로서, 특히 엄지와 검지를 이용하여 줄기를 절단할 수 있게 구성함으로써, 나머지 손가락들로 열매를 감싸 절단된 열매를 지면에 떨어뜨리지 않고 바로 수확할 수 있게 구성한 것이다.상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 농작물 수확용 줄기 절단기는 길이 중간에 만곡부가 형성되며 양단은 벌어진 상태로 엄지와 검지의 사이에 위치하는 탄성 밴드와, 탄성 밴드의 양단에 각각 고정되어 엄지와 검지가 각각 끼워지는 고리들과, 탄성 밴드의 양단 중 한 쪽 단부에 장착되며 가해지는 힘에 의해 탄성 밴드의 양단 안쪽으로 이동하며 힘이 제거되면 탄성 밴드의 바깥쪽으로 이동하는 절단수단과, 절단수단에 장착되어 탄성 밴드의 양단 사이에 위치한 열매의 줄기를 절단하는 칼날을 포함하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
