PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible switch capable of simply and easily providing a switch-on state only with a unidirectional grip operation force and making an erroneous caution unlikely to occur even in the case of e.g., an inpatient with weakened power of fingers.SOLUTION: A flexible switch 1 comprises: a long switch structure for which yarn materials of conductors forming a first electrode system and a second electrode system and a yarn material of an insulator are woven in a cylindrical shape in a braid state and when an external force acts, the yarn materials of the conductors of the first electrode system and the second electrode system are brought into contact partially to provide the switch-on state a long insulation cylinder 3 with the switch structure mounted inside and having flexibility an insulation annular body 4 for which the insulation cylinder 3 is wound around an outer circumference in a folded state, of which the entire shape including the insulation cylinder 3 is formed three-dimensional so as to be held with one hand and which has flexibility and an outer covering material 5 which covers the entire outer circumference of the insulation cylinder 3 wound around the insulation annular body 4, has flexibility and is formed from an insulation material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
