PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neck massager capable of adaptively ensuring the close contact between a metal electrode sheet and a neck and avoiding the pain of needle stick. A neck massager includes arc-shaped elastic brackets 110 and first and second handles installed at both ends of the elastic brackets. At least one set of massage electrode modules 140 is mounted inside the elastic bracket. The electrode module includes a mounting bracket, which is distributed along the radial direction on the elastic bracket, and a metal electrode sheet fixed to a front end of the mounting bracket by an electrode mounting base. The rear end of the mounting bracket is fixed to the spherical connecting member. The spherical connecting member is internally fitted in the spherical mount. The spherical mount is fixed to the elastic bracket. A spring 147 is installed between the spherical connecting member and the elastic bracket. The spring presses the spherical connecting member against the spherical mount along the radial direction.
