PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable neck massager capable of ensuring a good fitted state between a metal electrode sheet and a human body by adaptively adjusting the direction and expansion/contraction amount of a massage electrode module. A portable neck massager includes an arc-shaped elastic bracket 110, and first and second handles provided at both ends of the arc-shaped elastic bracket. At least one set of massage electrode modules 140 distributed in the radial direction is attached, and the massage electrode module comprises a mounting bracket and a metal electrode sheet fixed to the front end of the mounting bracket via an electrode mounting base.
