This invention relates to a spine correction device and method. The device comprises a supporting rod having a length at least extended from the head of human body to the coccyx a shoulder positioning belt disposed at the middle section of the supporting rod to enable the supporting rod to be abutted against the back a waist positioning belt disposed at the lower section of the supporting rod to enable the supporting rod to be abutted against the coccyx and a head positioning belt disposed at the upper section of the supporting rod to enable the supporting rod to be abutted against the head.
