To provide a transfer machine in which a support part can be replaced with a support part suitable for a user's state.SOLUTION: A transfer machine 10 comprises: a support part for supporting a care receiver； and a movement part 11 for supporting the support part so as to be replaced with another one, and being movable. As the support parts, a decubitus support part 12 by which the care receiver can be transferred in a decubitus position, and a seating type support part 12a by which the care receiver can be transferred in a seated state, are selectively used, and the support part is provided separately from a bed 194. The support part 12 comprises: a hip support part 108 for supporting at least a hip of the care receiver； and a back support part 110 for supporting at least a back of the care receiver and being provided on one side of the hip support part 108, and the support part extends in at least a horizontal direction in transfer time for transferring the care receiver by slide, and can support the care receiver from at least a lower side.
