PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the possibility that the blood scatters by controlling the retraction speed of a needle, and to improve the users easiness to use.SOLUTION: A syringe is a prefilled syringe. Following the pushing of a plunger, a symmetry ejector member liberates a retraction needle 40 from a holding member 30, and thereby the retraction of the retraction needle becomes possible. The retraction of the needle is urged by a biasing unit 70 such as a spring or other compression and/or non-compressor machines. The plunger includes a plunger housing, and a controller is arranged in the plunger housing.
