PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair treatment agent which inhibits the increase of the water swelling properties of hair, and easily maintains the hair in a state where fingers satisfactorily pass therethrough.SOLUTION: The hair treatment agent includes respective agents used by being superimposed and applied to hair in order of a first agent, a second agent and a third agent. The first agent contains silicone oil. The second agent contains at least one kind of liquid oily component selected from vegetable oil, paraffins, saturated fatty acid ester and triglyceride. The third agent contains a cationic surfactant.
