The present invention relates to a foot pressure meter which can measure the weight on feet of a user by a pressure sensor, and a measuring method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method measuring foot pressure of the user by a computer comprises the steps of: receiving weight information of the user； setting a measurement range of pressure sensors based on the weight of the user； measuring pressure by feet of the user by a sensor unit； and calculating a weight value on each of the pressure sensors through the weight of the user and a measured pressure value.본 발명은 압력 센서를 통해 사용자의 발에 실리는 체중을 측정하는 족압 측정기 및 측정 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 컴퓨터가 사용자의 족압을 측정하는 방법에 있어서, 사용자의 체중 정보를 수신하는 단계； 상기 사용자의 체중을 기초로 하여 압력 센서들의 측정 범위를 설정하는 단계； 상기 센서부가 사용자의 발에 의한 압력을 측정하는 단계； 및 상기 사용자의 체중 및 측정된 압력값을 통해 각각의 압력 센서에 실린 무게값을 산출하는 단계；를 포함한다.
