The present invention relates to an overdenture attachment fixation device comprising: a main body unit which covers, at a certain length, the crest of the alveolar bone extending from the maxillary bone, and wraps the buccal bone surface and the lingual bone surface on the basis of the crest of the alveolar bone a plurality of through holes which pass through a part corresponding to the buccal bone surface and a part corresponding to the lingual bone surface in the main body unit and a fixation groove which is recessedly formed on a part corresponding to the crest of the alveolar bone in the main body unit, so that an overdenture attachment fixed at the alveolar bone is inserted.
