PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling mechanism between a wheelchair and a car seat which deforms a car seat into a wheelchair by a manual method or an electric method.SOLUTION: A coupling mechanism comprises a seat, a seat frame 20, a moving mechanism 30, a lifting mechanism 40, a rotating mechanism 50, and a slide rail 60. The seat is mounted to a cabin of an automobile. The seat frame 20 is mounted to a bottom part of the seat and has at least one engaging piece 64. The moving mechanism 30 is mounted below the seat frame 20 and has at least one engaging groove. The engaging piece of the seat frame 20 is engaged with the engaging groove. An insertion piece and a lock groove on a lock piece are provided below the moving mechanism 30. The lifting mechanism 40 is disposed on a side part of the moving mechanism 30.
