Due to high turbulence and the large residence time of the gaseous products at a high temperature in the afterburning chamber is provided qualitative afterburning combustible components of the pyrolysis gas and solid particles (dust discharge). The required residence time is provided by the fact that the flow of gaseous products coming from the afterburning chamber recycling chamber through the inlet nozzle mounted tangentially relative to the inner diameter of the chamber and directed at an angle of 100-105º towards the conical part of the chamber. This position of the inlet nozzle provides intensive twisting flow with variable motion vector - first to the tail (conical) portion of the chamber, and then through the axial tube at the entrance to the heat exchanger.Установка снабжена загрузочным устройством и загрузочной камерой, снабженной синхронно действующими загрузочным люком и шлюзовым питателем, что обеспечивает механизацию процесса загрузки и безопасность обслуживающего персонала.
