The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating osteoporosis, and more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition and a dietary supplement for preventing or treating osteoporosis, containing Ssangwhatang, or a lactobacillus fermented product thereof prepared by inoculating a lactobacillus to Ssangwhatang and fermenting the same, as an active ingredient.
