PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods of producing a Chinese medicine ointment that does not stimulate an affected area when applying as compared to Chinese medicine ointments produced by conventionally existing methods.SOLUTION: A production method of a Chinese medicine ointment of the present invention contains a sesame oil and a yellow beeswax as a base, comprising (1) a primary stirring and mixing step of stirring and mixing 30 to 50% by weight to the total compounding amount of a sesame oil extract or a sesame oil into a heated and melted beeswax to prepare a primary stirring mixture (2) a solidification step of solidifying the primary stirring mixture while stirring to prepare a coagulated matter and (3) a second stirring and mixing step of stirring and mixing the remaining amount of the compounding amount of the sesame oil extract or the sesame oil into the coagulum to mix air bubbles while keeping the coagulum at 25 to 38°C to prepare a second stirring mixture. The method of producing Chinese medicine ointment of the present invention may comprise (4) a dispersion step of disintegrating the second stirring mixture while keeping it at 25 to 38°C to disperse the air bubbles contained in the second stirring mixture more finely.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来からある方法で製造された漢方軟膏剤と比べ、塗布時に患部を刺激しない漢方軟膏剤を製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の漢方軟膏剤の製造方法は、ゴマ油とミツロウを基剤とする漢方軟膏剤の製造方法であって、(1)加熱・融解したミツロウに、ゴマ油抽出物又はゴマ油の全配合量の30~50重量%を撹拌混合して、一次撹拌混合物を調製する一次撹拌混合工程と、(2)一次撹拌混合物を撹拌させながら凝固して、凝固物を調製する凝固工程と、(3)凝固物を25~38℃に保温しながら、凝固物にゴマ油抽出物又はゴマ油の配合量の残りを撹拌混合して気泡を取り込ませ、二次撹拌混合物を調製する二次撹拌混合工程とを含んでいる。なお、本発明の漢方軟膏剤の製造方法は、(4)二次撹拌混合物を25~38℃で保温しながら解砕して、二次撹拌混合物中に含まれる気泡をより細かく分散させる分散工程を含んでいてもよい。【選択図】なし
