The present invention relates to the compounds of formula (I), and wherein R, R, Ar, W, X and Z are all defined as in the description. Known the compound of the present invention either directly or indirectly inhibits the LC-PolScope image system function of Mps1 kinases via the interaction with single spindle 1 (Mps1, also referred to as TTK) kinases itself. Particularly, the purposes the present invention relates to these compounds as the therapeutic agent for treating and/or preventing proliferative diseases such as cancer. The invention further relates to the techniques for being used to prepare these compounds, and are related to the pharmaceutical composition comprising these compounds.
