A system comprising: a flow source comprising 250: a bone cement source 145 including an in-situ hardenable bone cement； and a pressure source 150 to impart motion to the bone cement； an introducer assembly 110A having a channel 224a,224b therethrough, the introducer 110A coupleable to the flow source 250 to provide a bone cement inflow to a bone；a sensor 235 to measure a characteristic of the bone cement；a computer controller 125B for control of the bone cement inflows wherein the controller 125B adjusts a flow parameter in response to a measured characteristic of the bone cement.
