The present invention relates to a middle connector structure of a trocar for a laparoscopic port. The present invention is provided to simply manufacture a middle connector combining structure which is a medium for perforating a human body with the port for a laparoscopic surgery and detaching an external tool from a trocar handle unit, thereby providing the middle connector structure of the trocar for the laparoscopic port capable of reducing manufacturing costs； easily being manufactured； and providing high user convenience in a surgery field without a defect. The middle connector structure of the trocar for the laparoscopic port comprises: a sleeve； the trocar； and the middle connector. The sleeve is composed of a hollow bar for being inserted into a perforated surgical part port. The trocar is composed of a handle unit cover in one end of the sleeve. The middle connector is detachably coupled to an upper part of the handle unit cover and combines the trocar or the external tool. The middle connector (5) includes a small diameter inserting unit (51) and a large diameter supporting unit (52). Each one end of the small diameter inserting unit (51) and the large diameter supporting unit (52) is inserted into a center hole (43) of the handle unit cover (42). The middle connector (5) is formed by closing and coupling an upper part of the large diameter supporting unit (52) with a cover unit (53). A connecting protrusion (54) is formed in a facing position of both sides of an outer periphery circumference of the small diameter inserting unit (51).
