Disclosed is a vesicle-containing composition which comprises a vesicle bilayermembrane composed of a silicone surfactant and a perfume component enclosedin the vesicle bilayer membrane stably. Also disclosed is a method for producing,in a simple manner, a vesicle-containing composition which contains a perfumecomponent stably. Specifically disclosed is a vesicle-containing compositioncomprising (A) a perfume component, (B) a silicone oil, (C) a silicone surfactant,(D) one or more members selected from ethanol, propylene glycol, dipropyleneglycol and 1,3-butylene glycol and (E) water, wherein the silicone surfactant(C) forms a vesicle, and the perfume component (A) and the silicone oil (B) arepresent in the bilayer membrane of the vesicle.
